This is an Excellent Opportunity to join Our Team and be a part of The OPICI VISION: To create extraordinary experiences through superior products and service from our family to yours.POSITION SUMMARY: Opici Wine and Spirits is looking for dynamic outgoing Director of Sales – National Accounts to work with a family-owned company and represent fine wines and spirits from all over the world.OPEN POSITIONS: The historic and 100% Family-owned Wine & Spirits Importer, Opici Wines, is looking for a top-notch, experienced performer to successfully manage On & Off Premise National Accounts across the United StatesDuties And ResponsibilitiesAccountable for Achieving National Accounts TargetsResponsible for Communicating All National Account Programs to Opici Sales Team and Distributor SAEsResponsible for Program Compliance and TrackingResponsible for Participation in all RFPs within account baseRetains Key National Account Relationships and SAE NASA Team MembersStrict Adherence to Company Provided BudgetsManage the execution of the Business Plan & Corporate StrategyTravel extensively while staying within T&E budget.Develop and implement National Account pricing, programming, and incentives.Develop relationships with distributor chain managers within Opici NetworkCommunicate with Operations and SVP of Sales to monitor inventory levels.Develop relationships with Assigned National Accounts and BuyersDevelop relationships with suppliers to identify control/private label opportunities.Assist Regional Team with Regional Chain Account PresentationsDevelop and Present quarterly business reviews to Senior ManagementQualificationsResides in a major metropolitan area with proximity to a major airport.10+ Years' Experience as a Supplier or Distributor with ever increasing roles & responsibilities.5+ Years' Experience working with On and Off Premise chain buyers; established relationships a must.Strategic thinker that can identify trends and utilize to sell to National AccountsExperience submitting RFPs to various National/Chain AccountsStrong knowledge and passion for wine & spirits from around the worldStrong relationships with distributor chain teams within Opici Network a plusProven sales record throughout career and ability to lead and influence the marketplace.Advanced knowledge of a variety of business software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Diver, etc.Experience with Nielsen, IRI, and other industry data sources.Exceptional communication and public speaking skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsWillingness and ability to travel 50% of the time.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Expense allowances, Eligible for Health and Welfare Package and 401k (with Company Match). Holidays and Paid Time Off.
