Your responsibilities will include:Creating concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates.Designing and developing custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of website components.Optimizing website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.Implementing and customizing third-party integrations.Performing website updates, backups, and security enhancements.Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices.Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve website development processes.RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you should have:Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience.Ability to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom and Trello boards in English.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage of $62,400-$82,400 per year based on experience and performance, paid time off, floating holidays, profit sharing, and a flexible schedule.
