This attractive compensation package includes paid time off, floating holidays, profit sharing, flexible scheduling, and performance-based bonuses.Your Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry standards.Create concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates to ensure seamless project execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate website components efficiently.Ongoing optimization of website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.Implementation and customization of third-party integrations.Website updates, backups, and security enhancements.Comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure website functionality across various browsers and devices.Requirements:Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience.Excellent communication skills in English, facilitating clear interactions with clients via Zoom and Trello boards.Ability to manage junior website developers.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.Detailed understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.Familiarity with SEO best practices and implementation.Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
