Job Summary: Coordinate and lead country programmes in Venezuela, ensuring effective implementation of projects and policies, with a focus on child protection and prevention of SGBV.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate and supervise country programmes and proceduresWrite proposals and maintain donor relationsDevelop and implement programme strategy with stakeholdersImplement safeguarding policies and security managementManage human resources and office operationsKey Requirements:University degree in International Development or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in senior management in a complex country programmeExperience in managing multi-donor and multi-site programsStrong project writing skills and leadership experienceFluency in English and SpanishAdditionally, desirable skills include postgraduate specialization in international cooperation, previous experience in Venezuela, and experience in implementing humanitarian projects.
