Role Overview:
The HubSpot Campaign Specialist will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to design, implement, and optimize HubSpot campaigns. You will manage all aspects of our HubSpot tools, from workflows and automations to reporting and lead management.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage HubSpot campaigns, focusing on optimizing lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
Create workflows, automation, email marketing campaigns, and landing pages within HubSpot.
Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align HubSpot tools with business goals.
Manage and troubleshoot HubSpot integrations with other platforms and systems.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
Provide training and support to team members on the HubSpot platform.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (3+ years) working with HubSpot, particularly in campaign setup, automations, and reporting.
Strong understanding of HubSpot marketing and sales tools (workflows, lead scoring, CRM integration, email marketing, landing pages).
Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions within HubSpot.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
Strong communication and project management skills.
HubSpot certifications are a plus.
