This role requires a highly skilled and motivated IT level 2 technician to provide exceptional technical support.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to help desk tickets, setting up new workstations, and assisting with AV setups.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-service oriented approach.
They should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Install and configure hardware and softwareRespond to ticketsRecord, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process including actions taken through to the final resolutionRespond in a timely manner to requests and issuesRepair and replace equipment as neededProvide onsite and remote support to end usersAssist in AV setups as needed for meetingsAssist new hire training for basic IT needs.Set up new workstations for users (deploying equipment, checking over account setups).Heavy use of Windows and Mac OS devicesAbility to work in Active DirectoryTest new technologyCreate documentation for staff for training purposesResolve Tier 1 support ticketsRequirements:Customer service mentalityStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsReliableSolid understanding of computers, networks and softwareExperience using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, OutlookHigh attention to detailPrevious experience with ConnectWise or other ticketing systemAbility and willingness to work in a high-pressure environmentAbility and willingness to work in a collaborative team environmentAbility and willingness to quickly learn new technology and softwareSchedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm EST.Benefits:Competitive pay in US Dollars.You'll get to work with some amazing, respected business professionalsWe really value and encourage input from our team members.We offer different payment methods (Zelle, Face Bank, Binance)You'll get paid every two weeksWe'll provide you with the necessary equipment to work: Laptop, headset, mouse, and mouse pad.Birthday and work anniversary celebrationsAlliances with many brands grant extra benefits to freelancers.Weekly recreation dynamics that foster a healthy work environment.
