Lawyer

An international real estate company based in Michigan is looking for a Lawyer open to learn and improve.
This is a remote job.
You can work 10-55 hrs per week (Hourly work).
Rate per hour: USD 2.5 based on experience.
Very flexible.
Main goal: You will provide legal support and guidance for various US real estate transactions and projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
Advise on property acquisitions, sales, and other transactions.
Help ensure compliance with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to support business objectives.
Manage disputes and help represent the company in real estate-related litigation or negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, development, and property management.
Possibility to join other tasks or projects.

The company will provide training.
