Leading Property Accountant

Citiside Properties is a property management company specializing in managing properties for investors.
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Accountant to join our team.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger account reconciliations for all accounts.You will also assist in preparing and filing monthly and quarterly state sales taxes, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Additionally, you will work with AR, AP, and other departments as needed to resolve issues.We offer a competitive salary range of BsF27,500.00 - BsF42,000.00 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
