This individual will manage and direct Maintenance Technicians to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively while maintaining statutory regulations.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of building systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.Main ResponsibilitiesEvaluate systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performedAssess building systems to plan work assignments and project schedulesDevelop maintenance procedures and schedulesEnsure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely mannerAssist with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projectsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least five years of maintenance experience requiredExcellent management and supervisory skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible work schedules, exceptional training, career advancement opportunities, and a 401(k) with a competitive company match.We're looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-moving environment, has excellent customer service, interpersonal, and time management skills, and a proactive mindset.If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about maintenance and leadership, we'd love to hear from you!
