They offer installation and service for locksmith services such as residential and commercial locks, doors, and hardware for commercial customers and residential properties.They are looking for an Operations Representative / Dispatcher, an organized and detail-oriented person with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.They are looking to provide a safe and steady position; their intention is to hire for the long term.This position has the potential for growth within the organization.ResponsibilitiesFirst to respond to all the incoming phone calls and emails.Scheduling appointments for the technicians and maintaining an updated record of performance.Sending quotes and following up with the customers on updates.Working with suppliers on orders and updating in CRM.Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.Provide an exceptional first impression of our company, product, and mission.TraitsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Warm attitude and good listener.Comfortable with CRMs and willing to learn new technologies.Proficiency with Excel and Word.You are a self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.The candidate will work individually and collaboratively with the office and our field employees to transform the way we do business.As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in customer relations.
