Position:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Paralegal to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, coupled with the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that makes a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and case management.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for the case.
Communicate with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies.
Organize and maintain documents in an electronic or paper filing system.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience in personal injury in California.
Knowledge of litigation processes, including completing filing documents, servicing documents, and proof of service documents. Experience using One Legal is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish is required, along with strong English language skills (mandatory minimum of C1 English level).
Knowledge of Casepeer is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the firm.
Must have a reliable internet connection, a headset, and at least two screens for effective multitasking and communication.
