Responsibilities include - but not limited to:
Retouching the full range of product imagery and renderings in line with brand guidelines, including high volumes of images with efficient use of color correction, advanced cloning and healing, precise path drawing and shape matching, cropping, and resizing.
Conceptualizing and executing composite images in Adobe Photoshop based on briefs provided by brand specialists and graphic designers.
Understanding imagery composition for marketing and infographics—specifically adjusting lighting and highlights to make products the focal point of the composition.
Using and engaging with Adobe Photoshop AI and external AI tools to enhance, change, and manipulate imagery with speed and precision. Knowledge of product rendering and Adobe Substance is a plus.
Understanding resolution requirements and adjustments to provide crisp imagery at a small file size for digital platforms.
Showing exceptional organizational skills when planning photoshoots, with a keen eye for detail to ensure all requirements of each job are met consistently.
A successful team member will have:
Previous commercial photographic and retouch experience of 5+ years.
Proven experience retouching varied styles of images to a high standard.
Excellent understanding of photographic principles of light and shadow.
Capability of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment to adhere to strict deadlines, being adaptable, self-motivated, positive, and hardworking.
Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
