Reporting to the Operations Director or Operations VP, the Plant Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the plant operations, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, fostering a culture of safety, managing personnel, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.Responsibilities:Recruit, develop, and retain qualified personnel, investing in their growth and productivity.Implement succession planning for key roles.Coordinate continuous training to maintain and develop competencies and skills.Foster harmonious relationships with multi-cultural plant teams and host communities.Lead all HSE activities and performance for the site.Implement HSE policies and conduct required assessments.Promote a proactive HSE culture, ensuring adherence to company, customer, and country HSE standards.Ensure compliance with corporate and local HSE regulations.Meet contractual obligations, optimize asset performance, and exceed customer expectations.Plan and execute proactive maintenance to optimize asset performance.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of plant performance.Identify and resolve non-conformities or deviations from planned operating conditions.Lead corrective actions for equipment failures, customer complaints, etc.Ensure plant capability to meet contractual requirements.Act as the day-to-day face of the company to the customer, serving as the PRISMECS Country Ambassador.Manage all company commitments to the customer, ensuring contract compliance.Improve customer satisfaction through consistent interaction and communication.Prepare necessary reports required by the customer.Improve contract profit margin through effective plant budget management and cost-saving initiatives.Operate the plant in accordance with approved plans and budget.Provide timely and accurate invoicing data to support the AR process.Manage demand planning for the supply chain to maintain continuous operations.Ensure sufficient inventory for uninterrupted operations, considering logistical challenges.Develop minimum stocking levels for critical spares and consumables.Efficiently manage local logistics processes for customs and inventory receiving.Maintain well-organized inventory for audits and value tracking.QualificationsRequired degree in Engineering (Business degrees considered).Preferred advanced degrees in Engineering or Business, and Engineering licenses.Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing power plants.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is preferred).Ability and willingness to live and travel within the project country and region as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
