In this role, you will focus on working to help each of our new customers onboard by uploading and entering in shift details for employee schedules into our App.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter scheduling data provided in Excel format by customers into our platformEffectively communicate with Customer Success Managers who will be providing the requirements from our customers.Assist with other configuration tasks for our main platform and electronic document setups as needed.Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer goals and objectives are metProvide regular reports to management on customer satisfaction and retention metricsContinuously improve and update customer onboarding, engagement and education processesIdentify and develop new business opportunities with existing customersQualificationsSomeone who has a desire to learn and grow into a broader role over time, but is comfortable with a role that focuses on a repeatable process as their core responsibility as they work towards expanding.English C1/C2Experience in customer service, customer success, or a related fieldStrong understanding of customer service, sales and tech support best practicesStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetAbility to multitask and prioritizeProficient in relevant computer software and tools
