This is a Fixed Term Part Time appointment until 30 June 2026 at 60.8 hours per fortnight (0.8 FTE), with the possibility of extension(s).VCID No. 916281Position Profile:We are currently seeking an experienced leader to join our Community Health Service in the role of Project Manager.The successful candidate will provide program leadership and support in the identification, management, development, implementation and evaluation of Community Health projects funded as part of the Early Years Partnership.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:Lead, coordinate and manage Community Health projects, policy synthesis, research coordination planning processes, including the preparation of reports, guidelines and submissions to address service development issues and determine needs across Community Health nursing.Investigate and analyse issues associated with relevant strategic initiatives, including risk management, budget and timeframe considerations.Support change management initiatives relating to Community Health nursing as required.Adopt an outcome-oriented approach to project management initiatives including planning, delivery and evaluation of person-centred services relevant to the program area.Lead the management, facilitation, coordination and implementation of key Community Health nursing initiatives and programs.Contribute to holistic organisational policy development, including consideration of the impact and implementation of policy.Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State's only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up of four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children's Hospital (PCH).
