Qa Manual - Remote (Latam)

We are currently seeking a skilled QA Manual to join our team and help us improve the quality of our deliverables.
Responsibilities

Create well-structured, comprehensive, and detailed test plans and cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify system requirements.
Investigate software issues that do not meet specifications and train users to implement solutions.
Monitor and report on quality control metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts.
Manage any issues throughout the testing process and work towards resolutions.
Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in software testing & QA.
Experience with PostgreSQL (or any SQL database).
In-depth knowledge of Linux.
Familiarity with API testing (e.g., Postman).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically.
English level: Intermediate or higher.
Location: anywhere in Latin America.

Nice to have:

Experience with Automated Testing.
Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD).
