Position: Real Estate Sales CloserLocation: RemoteTimings: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (9-hour shift with a 1-hour break)Salary: $500 - $550 per month + commissions

Key Responsibilities:

Close sales deals for residential and commercial real estate properties.
Communicate with potential buyers and sellers, guiding them through the sales process.
Negotiate terms and ensure all transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of closing deals.
Fluent in Spanish, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
