Job OverviewThe role requires a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant to join a dynamic consultancy services team. Our client is a Microsoft Gold Partner and a leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of Dynamics 365 end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.Responsible for all aspects of relevant workstream implementation, ensuring alignment with our client's Information Security Policies.Design and configure sector-specific templates to enhance Dynamics functionality and provide a unique selling point.Active involvement in data migration strategy and design, as well as interfaces and integrations.Ensure pre-sales engagements are delivered with the same rigour and attention to detail as client engagements.Define training needs within the team and coach other team members.Deliver consultancy according to our client's Project Methodology, ensuring successful software application implementation.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:A degree level of education or higher.Holds Microsoft Dynamics certifications.12+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services/consulting firm.Knowledge of best practices for working with offshore teams.Experience of Agile, Waterfall Methodologies, and Azure DevOps.Good understanding of Cloud technologies, integration tools, and Power Platform technologies.Excellent written and verbal English language skills, with additional fluency in one or more other languages considered an asset.Deep and broad knowledge of functional capabilities of Dynamics 365, including certification.
