This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies, and drive business growth.About the RoleAs a Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies that attract, engage, and convert leads into pipeline opportunities. You will own and manage all aspects of the lead generation process across multiple channels, including cold email, cold calling, direct mail, etc. Your goal will be to maximize efficiency and conversions by auditing, optimizing, and scaling existing prospecting processes.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong understanding of data analysis and process optimization. You should have at least 3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, with a successful track record of driving performance improvements. You should also be proficient in using systems and tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Google Sheets, Airtable, Apollo, and CRM systems for lead generation and data management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies to attract, engage, and convert leads into pipeline opportunities.Audit, optimize, and scale existing prospecting processes to maximize efficiency and conversions.Continuously analyze lead generation performance, utilizing data to drive improvements and identify new growth opportunities.Develop and manage comprehensive reporting systems to track and assess lead generation outcomes and make strategic adjustments.Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing B2B lead generation team to ensure consistent quality and innovation in tactics.Evaluate and optimize lead handover processes to maximize sales pipeline efficiency.RequirementsC1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation.Strong understanding of data analysis and process optimization.Proficiency in using systems and tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Google Sheets, Airtable, Apollo, and CRM systems for lead generation and data management.What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience. Our pay rate is $6 per hour, with the potential for ongoing pay rate increments once a year based on performance.
