Uptalent.io is looking for a Remote Project Manager with specialized experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) and commercial projects to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget.Your expertise in furniture manufacturing and commercial project management will be essential as you collaborate with stakeholders, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to client specifications and high-quality standardsDevelop detailed project plans, ensuring clear milestones and deliverablesCollaborate with design teams, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of FF&E into projectsMonitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to address challenges and keep on scheduleMaintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on project statusManage budgets, resource allocations, and timelines, ensuring profitability and efficiencyConduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learnedRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, or a related field5+ years of project management experience, specifically in FF&E and commercial environmentsStrong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and logisticsProficiency in project management software and toolsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing prioritiesFluency in English, both written and verbalWhile proficiency in Italian is appreciated, it is not a requirementExperience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersBenefits:Work for the most exciting companies in the North American MarketFlexible schedulesWork from anywhereHighly competitive compensation
