Collaborating with hiring managers and our recruitment team, you'll develop innovative strategies to attract and recruit top candidates. Your role involves front cycle recruiting and staffing for various positions across teams and geographies.
Responsibilities:
Utilize creative and persistent sourcing techniques to engage top sales and technology talent across North America, LATAM, and beyond.
Develop strategic sourcing programs to attract talented individuals to join our team, leveraging job portals, internet searches, networking, and proactive referrals.
Represent the brand and cultivate a positive brand image that resonates with our target audience.
Pre-screen potential candidates and collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to facilitate successful hiring campaigns.
Requirements:
Eagerness to learn and grow, with experience in sourcing across multiple regions for a Recruitment Agency, RPO, or internally.
Possess a hunter's mentality and a relentless drive to attract top talent.
Exhibit a Sales and Marketing mindset, enjoying engaging with people and being part of their career journey.
Proficient in social media platforms and adept at digital engagement.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in various systems, tools, and applications.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment with a high sense of urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Strong sense of responsibility and exceptional organizational skills.
Collaborative team player with an openness to diverse perspectives.
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
Demonstrates high personal integrity and approachability.
