About the Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating interest in our recruiting services through targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and utilizing tools like Apollo. Your main objective will be to identify potential leads, craft engaging messages, and set up appointments for our account executive. This position does not involve cold calling; all interactions will be conducted through written communication.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research and social media platforms
Create and execute email campaigns to generate interest in our recruiting services
Craft personalized and compelling messages for LinkedIn outreach.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team to further explore opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline development.
Qualifications
ADVANCED oral and written English Level.
Proven experience in sales or business development roles within the recruitment/staffing industry.
Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Apollo, and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimize sales processes.
Preference for candidates with previous experience working remotely for US/Canada companies
Preference for candidate s with experience working for startups or early-stage companies, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work autonomously, set and achieve objectives, and remain self-driven and motivated in a remote work setting.
Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
Organized with attention to detail.
