Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Chico's. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve exceptional results.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Sales Growth: Establish and communicate clear sales goals and expectations, and hold the sales team accountable for achieving them.Lead a High-Performing Team: Motivate and inspire the sales team to meet sales and productivity goals, and develop a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Model and teach the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, and ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, merchandise flow processes, and inventory management.Train and Develop Team Members: Train and coach sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent: Required1+ Year Retail or Sales Management Experience: PreferredExcellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: RequiredAbility to Work a Flexible Schedule: RequiredPhysical RequirementsConstant Walking/Standing: 8 hours/dayOccasional Lifting up to 50 lbs: 1-33% of 8 hours/dayFrequent Climbing: 34-66% of 8 hours/day
