Sales Manager- B2B(Remote)

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for people that would be EXCITED to do the following: (don't apply if you think this is not your dream job). We are based in the US and this is a long-term work from home opportunity.

Provide WOW service with our current customers via the phone, live chat and email about our safety products via inbound inquiries.
Develop new opportunities by calling our existing customers to uncover new opportunities that we might help with.
Expand accounts by offering new products as well actively asking to be introduced to other people in their company.
Educate our customers on our latest products to keep their people safe and their operations running smoothly.
Continuously improve yourself with training, and help improve our sales process and tools to make your job easier, more fun and serve our clients better.

Skills & Experience:

Native or very fluent English speaking and professional writing skills.
2-3 years of Sales & Customer Service experience.
2+ years of sales inbound and outbound experience, carrying and exceeding quota.
You must love to work with an easy, proven sales process (training is provided).
Thrive in a fast-changing environment, follow best practice procedures and meet quotas and deadlines.
A passion for getting better every day and continuous improvement, taking ownership of your work and working as a high-performing team.

Bonus skills/experience:

B2B / Enterprise sales experience.
Industrial, Oil & Gas or Safety Experience.
CRM and other sales tools experience.
Having completed sales training courses.
Sales management experience.

Compensation:
Base salary + unlimited commissions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BsF500.00 - BsF600.00 per month.
