If you're passionate about agile methodologies and eager to make a significant impact, we invite you to apply today.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies: Conduct and facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Guide the Product Owner: Advise the Product Owner on best practices for managing the Product Backlog and prioritizing features.Foster an agile culture: Promote an agile mindset and culture within the organization, emphasizing collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.Ensure adherence to agile practices: Monitor and ensure that teams are following agile principles and practices effectively.Manage project risks: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.Support team performance: Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement necessary actions.Manage external relationships: Collaborate with external stakeholders as needed, such as vendors or suppliers.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years experience as a SCRUM Master or in a similar role within the IT industry.Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to facilitate team discussions and resolve conflicts.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Clickup, Asana).Knowledge of risk management techniques.Coaching and mentoring skills.Experience in the tech industry.
