Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop C# solutions tailored to the organization's needs.
Create in-house applications using the .NET framework.
Debug, maintain, and enhance existing codebases.
Define and organize ongoing projects.
Report and resolve technical issues related to .NET projects.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
Collaborate with other developers in a project team.
Provide technical support to team members.
Report on project statuses and developments to senior team members.
Participate in project meetings with management and team members.
Perform other development-related tasks as required.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Qualifications:
Advanced English (Required).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
7+ years of experience in programming and development.
Proficiency in other languages such as C++, Node.js, VB.NET, and Web Assemblies.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in Client-Server and Cloud development (AWS, Azure, SharePoint, Google, etc.).
Proficiency in N-Tier database systems (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with NoSQL systems (e.g., MongoDB, CouchDB, Elasticsearch).
Physical Setting: Remote.
Schedule: Monday to Friday - Business hours.
