Submission of a portfolio is mandatory for consideration.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the marketing team to develop a variety of marketing assets, including social media ads, landing pages, eBooks (templates provided), brochures, and more.Produce high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.Meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional work under tight timelines.Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they meet project goals.Manage your workload independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives.QualificationsProficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.Previous experience as a marketing designer, preferably in an agency capacity.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills.Experience with Unbounce and HubSpot is a plus.Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage workload independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Bonus Points: Animation skills for creating engaging social media ads (preferred but not required).
