The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategy development and implementation of the Humanitarian Analysis Cell, under the supervision of the Deputy Country Coordinator based in Bogotá, Colombia.About the RoleManage a team of international and national staff, including recruitment, appraisals, and career management;Develop work plans and performance indicators, and implement capacity training plans to improve efficiency and performance;Conduct regular check-ins with staff within the unit, promote team building, productivity, and staff welfare;Provide regular support and technical backstopping;Advise in strategic mission decision-making as a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT).Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate information gaps in line with humanitarian priorities;Contribute to the development and implementation of the REACH Venezuela country strategy;Present research findings to relevant partners;Represent REACH/IMPACT in cluster and multi-sector meetings/technical working groups;Maintain the strictest confidentiality on all data collected and related processes.About the BenefitsA salary range of 3'100 CHF to 3'360 CHF monthly, plus a monthly living allowance of 300 USD;Accommodation and food provided in a guesthouse;Enrolment in Swiss private pension fund, health insurance, life insurance, and repatriation assistance;Flight tickets every 6 months & visa fees covered;An annual leave of 36 days per year.What We OfferA dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development, a competitive remuneration package, and a comprehensive benefits program.
