The service aims to facilitate early supported discharge from hospitals or avoidance of hospital admission for patients We are seeking dynamic and motivated Senior Physiotherapists who share our organisational values to work in the community as part of a multidisciplinary Rehabilitation in the Home service (RITH). With significant demand on acute community care, we are looking for leaders who can effectively coordinate and implement physiotherapy interventions to patients using advanced Physiotherapy clinical practice skills. This is a recruitment pool for permanent full time, permanent part time, fixed term full time and fixed term part time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
