The service aims to facilitate early supported discharge from hospitals or avoidance of hospital admission for patients.We are seeking dynamic and motivated Senior Physiotherapists who share our organisational values to work in the community as part of a multidisciplinary RITH team.With significant demand on acute community care, we are looking for senior clinicians who can effectively coordinate and implement physiotherapy interventions with patients using advanced physiotherapy clinical practice skills.Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/04/2025.RITH has bases located across the metropolitan area.
