Community Physiotherapy Services (CPS) delivers rehabilitation groups in non-medical community facilities providing a discharge option for patients requiring physiotherapy intervention following an episode of inpatient and/or outpatient care.
We deliver individual programs within a group environment and in a variety of settings – gyms, land-based and hydrotherapy – providing both specific and general programs catering to a range of clinical specialities including musculoskeletal, neurological, falls/frailty and cardiopulmonary.
We specialise in providing home exercise programs and teaching self-management strategies to facilitate clients to maximise their potential and live independently in the community.We are looking for motivated and dynamic physiotherapists to join our team and have some part time positions available across the metropolitan area on a fixed term basis with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made to fill positions in both the North East and South East Metropolitan areas.
This pool may also be used to fill similar positions.
