Senior Process Engineer - Delayed Coker

Chevron is seeking a highly experienced Process Engineer to develop and optimize systems in complex operating facilities for separation, purification, transformation, transportation, and sale/disposition of hydrocarbons, water, and contaminants.Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize systems to meet required compositional specifications, physical conditions, and flow rates.Support larger customers/clients and lead functional projects under infrequent supervision.Develop a detailed knowledge of the work function and process expertise.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.Participate in HAZOPs, HAZOPs LOPA, or risk analysis methodologies to ensure process safety management.Requirements:At least 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas with expertise in simulation, design, rule of thumbs, and one complex process as Delayed Coker.Strong knowledge of process safety management and risk analysis methodologies.Desirable experience in Upstream and Downstream facilities including dehydration, crude desalting, transportation, tank farm, flare systems, slop oil management, atmospheric and vacuum distillation, and hydroprocessing.
