Whilst children develop at their own pace, some experience challenges and need additional support. As a Senior Psychologist, you will provide advanced psychological assessment of children and young people within the Child Development Service, including diagnostic assessments for Autistic Spectrum Disorder and service planning for families referred to the service. About Child Development Service:  The Child Development Service provides multidisciplinary assessment and intervention services to infant, children and young people with developmental delay or difficulties that impact on function, participation and/or the parent-child relationship. Clinicians adopt a child and family-centred approach, working in partnership with families to address developmental concerns that are of priority to the family. Our teams include Clinical Psychologists, Developmental Paediatricians, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Speech Pathologists and other allied health professionals. The Child Development Service provides services at approximately 18 locations across the metropolitan Perth area, as well as providing home, school and community visits as needed. In addition, to be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Psychologist prior to application.
