Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets, including startups, corporate offices, co-working spaces, and design firms.Operational Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end operations process, including supply chain management, inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics, implementing operational systems and processes to scale the business efficiently as it grows.Customer Experience & Retention: Drive a customer-centric culture by ensuring that every interaction with the company delivers exceptional service, handling escalated customer issues, and gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.Startup Growth & Scalability: Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute the company's growth strategy, contributing to product development by providing insights from the market and customer feedback.Team Building & Leadership: Foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment that encourages innovation and high performance, conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and creating professional development plans for team members.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.5+ years of experience in sales and operations management, with a focus on the office furniture or related industry.Bilingual (Spanish/English).Proven success in a startup or high-growth environment, with experience scaling a business from the ground up.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in basic CRM software, ERP systems, and Google/Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
