We are currently in search of a talented Fashion Senior Social Media Manager to join our team on-site in Caracas, Venezuela. Social Media Manager Responsibilities:Running company social media content calendarFormulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaignsGrow our social media presence by constantly testing and expanding to new platforms or toolsMonitoring the company's brand on social media.Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers, online personalities and through community engagement tacticsManaging our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagementResponding to comments on each of our accountsOverseeing customer service provided via social mediaAnalyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectivesSupport e-commerce and offline sales with proven tactics that turn community engagement into salesCoaching employees company-wide on content creation best practicesSocial Media Manager Requirements:At least 2 years of Social media marketing management experienceExperience developing a full channel social media strategyExperience working with and developing a marketing planAbility to develop the right voice for each social media platformProven ability to build social media communitiesUnderstanding of graphic design principles.Ability to measure the success of campaigns.Required Skills/Abilities:Experience as a social media manager or a similar role (be specific, and include the number of years of experience)Experience in creating social media strategies with tangible examplesKnowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience developing content calendars and content strategiesAnalytical, numbers savvy and able to translate numbers into business insightsOrganized and able to multitaskUnderstanding of current fashion trends, styles, and brands is a must.
