Company Overview:Builder Lead Converter is a leading Software With a Service (SwaS) company specializing in remodeler & home builder lead generation and conversions.We understand the challenges that builders and remodelers face in generating high-quality leads and converting them into sales.Job Description:As a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry best practices.You will create concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates, as well as custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures seamless integration of website components.You will optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness, implement and customize third-party integrations, perform website updates, backups, and security enhancements.A thorough testing and debugging process ensures website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices.Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies is crucial for continuously improving website development processes.You will build website helper pages and landing pages on GHL.Qualifications:This role requires proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with 5 years of experience.Clear communication with clients via Zoom, email, and Trello boards in English is essential.Ability to manage junior website developers is necessary.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins are required.Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization, knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation, familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, excellent problem-solving and debugging skills are also essential.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work are key qualifications.Benefits:This full-time position (40 hours/week) offers a competitive hourly wage, paid time off, floating holidays, profit sharing, flexible schedule, performance-based bonuses, and team building activities.The estimated annual salary for this position is $73,600 based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming a pay rate equivalent to the national average for senior-level web development positions in the United States.
