Why this opportunity exists
The Director of SEO will play a crucial part in our success by driving more inbound leads from organic search. Your primary job will be to take complete ownership of our SEO strategy and implementation.

In this role, you will lead both our on and off page SEO strategy. You will work directly with our content writer to create optimized content.

We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, data driven, and has a minimum of 2 years of full time SEO experience. While the company is based in Jacksonville, FL the role is fully remote.

Responsibilities
Develop our local SEO strategy from the ground up for our website and Google My Business
Execute both on page and off page SEO, including back links
Create a content marketing strategy and manage our content writer to create optimized content
Work with our web designer to create additional website pages and optimize current pages for ranking and conversion
Build KPI based reports to show our SEO progress

Additional requirements (other than skills)
2-4 years of full time local SEO experience
Self starter who thrives in an independent working environment, where results are based on KPIs
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization
Fluent in English
