This position is based on a Cruise ShipNurses administer intravenuos (iv) therapies and nutrient injections to on onboard guestsNurses are expected to promote their services onboard to meet revenue targetsThis is a sales-based jobThe Position Reports Directly to Spa ManagerEducation And Experience RequirementsCompleted Nurse education and hold a Nurse degree from a recognized college or universityHold a current valid Nurse licenseComfortable with giving presentations/speaking in front of large groupsFluency in EnglishStrong interpersonal skillsPosition requirements Possess the ability to work without direct supervision and actively promote the services to the guests Work closely with the Medi–Spa Sales Consultant Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills Must be able to give an effective presentation as it relates to medi-spa services Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality Excellent communication and listening skills Basic computer knowledge Must be a team playerDuties and ResponsibilitiesBe on time for work, prompt for each appointmentProvide consistent professional Nurse-spa services and treatments in accordance with OneSpaWorld's medi-spa protocolsConduct patient follow-up as requiredBe flexible with scheduling, supporting the needs of the spa and guestProperly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product/supplies to assist with cost controlFollow service pricing policy set by OneSpaWorldCross-promote other spa servicesUphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by ship and company policy and procedureProperly clean and restock medi-spa treatment room as requiredManage medical product and supply inventoryCommunicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attentionHandle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteouslyProvide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guestsMaintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environmentPowered by JazzHRM7yupl8bWt Nivel de antigüedad Intermedio #J-18808-Ljbffr
