The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison with vendors, manufacturers, and internal sales teams to project manage and execute the sourcing, production, and inventory management of our nationwide seed packet program across multiple retailers and e-commerce platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with suppliers to source and manage the production of all seed bulk and seed packet inventory.Maintain and expand relationships with current seed bulk suppliers, packet printers, and packet fillers.Ensure & maintain compliance with USDA organic guidelines throughout the sourcing and production processes.Design optimal planograms for seed packet display programs based on sales data and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) forecasts.Coordinate production schedules with suppliers, ensuring product availability aligns with forecasted demand and production timelines.Manage cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, logistics, and packaging teams to align supply plans with production and distribution schedules.Optimize order management and replenishment processes to maintain strong inventory control at retail locations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.3-5 years experience in supply chain management, procurement, production planning, inventory control or contract management experience.English Resume is required.Knowledge of USDA Organic guidelines is advantageous.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to drive decisions.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs).Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite is strongly preferred.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills; capable of translating data into actionable information.
