Being able to communicate Alcon´s value and purpose through service provision. · Responsible for driving sales, promotion and development in the designated accounts to reach commercials goals. · with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives. · Management of IOLS Consignment. · Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans and to give strategic input in terms of analysis, future potential and key programs required for the accounts. · Prepare and negotiate commercial contracts and follow up of the execution and performance. · Analyze market situation including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and key competitors. · Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data for the Alcon CRM system. · Knowledge of the overall potential of the business (surgical volume, surgeon´s preferences and consumption habits, etc). · Have a strong relationship with decisions makers, influencers, and successors. · Establish and develop long-term relationships with the customers in the assigned territory. · Timely and effective resolution of customer request needs and issues. · Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer need and requirements. · Responsible of maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. · Planning and reporting daily activities in Alcon´s CRM system. · Open service requests and follow up actions.
