What you'll bring Prepare excise filings forms and payment. •Prepare tax filings, analyses, and reconciliations between subsidiary reports (detailed reports by supplier, customer, transaction, etc.) and general ledger accounts. Coordinate with treasury for the issuance of payments related to these declarations. • Evaluate, control, and propose improvements in the assigned tax reports to ensure compliance with current tax regulations. • Prepare analyses for external and internal audits regarding the relevant information related to the accountable accounts under responsibility. • Support with the control of the company's formal tax compliance.• Maintain updated physical and electronic files in the tax department.• Handle communications, requests, responses, follow-ups, and attention to procedures and/or audits or requirements from the national and municipal tax authorities. • Prepare Legal Tax Books in accordance with the Law on Taxation of Alcohol and Alcoholic Beverages. • Control reports on the inflow and outflow of barrels in aging warehouses.• Request, control, management, and custody of Fiscal Bands.• Control and verification of filling and emptying records issued by SENIAT (National Integrated Service of Administrative Identification and Tax Information).• Control and verification of verification records issued by SENIAT.• Control of the alcohol and excise (Selling Price) book. • Preparation of PVP manifests to SENIAT, follow-up for settlement and management of payments to the national treasury. • Follow-up on requests submitted to SENIAT: permits for transfers, inquiries, and settlement of form 50. • Control of canceled forms and manifests at the National Treasury.• Control of alcohol permits for reception, filling, emptying, and issuance.• Quarterly request for "Hours Enabled" (authorization to operate), monthly hours request, follow-up with plant tax auditor officials, and payment request to SENIAT. • Preparation of monthly production and dispatch reports to SENIAT.• Preparation of annual waste records. Provide supporting documents to SENIAT for validation of information and waste calculations. • Preparation of annual Fiscal Bond for each Aged and Distilled License.• Support the Export Department for the signing of documents as Legal Authorized.• Control of guides and records for export shipments. • Support the Billing Department for the signing of documents for Special Regimes as Legal Representative. • Control of guides and records for shipments under special regimes.• Provide timely responses to Requirement issued by SENIAT.• Monitor the receipt of raw materials, concentrates with alcoholic content, prepare sample records, and request payment based on the analysis bulletin.• Provide support for Physical Inventory for the fiscal year-end and SENIAT closure.
