Team Lead Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to manage our Retail Convenience Store shift in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Store Manager.Key Responsibilities:Manage and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service and achieve store goals.Oversee employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to company policies.Ensure timely stocking and display setup of merchandise, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.Address and resolve all safety and security concerns promptly, upholding a secure shopping experience for customers.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in the C-store industry, with preference given to candidates with food service background.Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.Previous customer service experience in retail, along with management or team lead experience, is strongly preferred.Competencies:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.Able to think critically and solve problems effectively.High energy level and strong work ethic, with a proactive mindset.Benefits:Flexible work schedules that accommodate personal needs.Exceptional training opportunities for career growth and development.Competitive pay, with potential for career advancement.401K plan with a competitive company match.Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
