About the role:The team Project Manager is a critical role within each category team responsible for developing a comprehensive project plan that outlines the work, goals, timelines, resources, and tasks required for successful project completion. They will work directly for our Category Leaders and support the tracking and milestones of projects to support projects including New Product Development, Expansion, Marketing, Creative and other special projects to ensure on-time delivery.Responsibilities include - but are not limited to:Project Planning: Responsible for developing a comprehensive project plan that outlines the work, goals, timelines, resources, and tasks required for successful project completion.Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines; in alignment with team leader.Will use project management tools such as Excel, Monday.com and/or JiraDelegates tasks to employees and communicates clear timelines.Follows up to accountable parties to ensure project stays on-time.Makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress deliver on time.Serves as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergyAdjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change with support of the team leader.Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks to the project and work with team leaders to create contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges. They make sure the project stays on track and meets its objectives.Communication and Stakeholder Management: Project managers act as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders. They need strong communication skills to keep all parties informed about project progress, changes, and any issues that may arise. Effective communication fosters transparency and helps manage expectations among stakeholders.Monitoring and Control: Track key performance indicators, ensuring that milestones are met, and addressing any deviations from the plan promptly.A successful team member will have:Strong writing skills to communicate effectively through internal and external channelsDemonstrated project management skills of projects1-3 years of work experience driving end to end delivery of related projectsAbility to work independently in a remote work environmentExperience in complex project team coordination; or stakeholder coordinationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)2+ years in the digital commerce ecosystem and/or product development.Preferred but not required; eCommerce and/or Amazon experience. Consumer Packaged Goods experience.Ability to work through data points, analyze and draw conclusions to inform executive decisionsDemonstrated the skills to handle aggressive deadlines, prioritize workflow and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree and/or equiv. experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
