We are looking for someone who Excels At Building Relationships & Negotiating to join our real estate company and help us sell Investment Properties to Flippers, Landlords and Real Estate Agents.

Responsibilities:
Meet and build relationships with investment property buyers
Qualify potential clients and understand their needs
Present and position investment opportunities to qualified buyers
Overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase contracts
Track sales activities and lead notes in a software database

We have a sales team that acquires properties every day and we need additional salespeople that will come in and help sell these properties to investors!
Technology Requirements:
CPU core i5 equivalent or higher
8Gb RAM or higher
At least 50Mbps Fiber internet connection or higher
Preferably SSD storage for faster data processing
Bonus: As a Disposition Manager, you will be compensated of 1% Commission on all disposition deals CLOSED, based on the level of Gross Profit from deals that are brought to closing. Example: $200,000 revenue would equal a $2,000 bonus paid on the following pay cycle after closing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BsF12,888,917.59 - BsF14,730,191.53 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
