We are seeking a seasoned Senior WordPress Website Developer & Architect to drive the creation of engaging, high-performing websites that meet client expectations and industry best practices.Responsibilities:Create responsive WordPress websites that exceed client requirements and industry standards.Design concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates to ensure project efficiency.Develop custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration of website components.Optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.Implement and customize third-party integrations.Perform website updates, backups, and security enhancements.Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve website development processes.Build website helper pages and landing pages on GHL.Requirements:Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience.Able to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom and Trello boards in English.Able to manage junior website developers.Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage: $62.40-$82.40 per hour (paid bi-weekly for a 40-hour workweek).Paid time off.Floating holidays.Profit sharing.Flexible schedule.Performance-based bonuses.Team building activities.
