Affiliate Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Program Manager with a strong background in affiliate marketing. The primary focus of this role is to develop, manage, and optimize our affiliate partnerships to drive growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with proven success in managing affiliate networks and scaling affiliate programs.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies for growing our affiliate program.Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates while recruiting new partners.Analyze and optimize affiliate performance metrics, ensuring ROI goals are met.Coordinate with internal teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business objectives.Monitor industry trends and make recommendations to improve the program.Requirements:A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management or any part of outreach or lead generation for digital products.Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing multiple campaigns simultaneously.Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.Analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize strategies.Skills:Expertise in affiliate marketing and performance-driven campaigns.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.Experience with outreach and lead generation for digital products.Effective communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Job Type: Full-timePay: BsF250.00 - BsF300.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week
