Your key responsibilities will include:Provide shared case management with referrers of children and their families experiencing significant complex and protracted mental health difficulties.Undertake specialist assessments and a broad range of evidenced-based interventions within the families' various community contexts including home, school, and community health settings.Collaborate with other members of the Pathways Team in the provision of case management, clinical intervention planning, and evaluation.Collaboration with other agencies in supporting interagency service delivery to ensure children and their families are well supported within their own communities.Provide clinical supervision and professional development to students and junior staff within the program.Eligibility:Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to be considered for permanent positions in the public sector.
