The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the sales team.Key Responsibilities:Drive for Results:Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable for achieving sales and performance standards.Supervise sales floor activities, including sales, inventory receipt, and cash handling.Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions and present merchandise in accordance with company standards.Build High Performing Teams:Motivate and inspire the sales team to meet sales and productivity goals.Develop a high-performing culture by coaching and training sales team members.Foster a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving.Customer Experience:Model and teach exceptional customer service skills and promote a cohesive omni-channel experience.Build and maintain a loyal customer base through clienteling and wardrobing.Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and maintain a fast and efficient register experience.Talent:Support the development of sales team members through training and coaching.Interpret and deliver coaching based on Key Performance Indicator reports.Drive associate and team engagement by recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.Other Duties:Participate in the development and implementation of training programs and seminars.Assist in the development of store associates and provide feedback to Store Manager for associate performance evaluations.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.1+ year retail or sales management experience.Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Physical Requirements:Constant walking and standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift).Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
