As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.Build and maintain high-performing teams by coaching and developing sales associates.Deliver exceptional customer experiences by modeling and promoting our Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards.Support and implement training programs, seminars, and other initiatives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.Excellent customer service skills.Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements:Constant Walking/Standing - 67-100% of 8-hour shift.Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs. - 1-33% of 8-hour shift.Frequent Climbing - 34%-66% of 8-hour shift.Wage Range: $17.00 to $21.25Accommodation: Accommodation is available to applicants for employment with disabilities.
