They are to ensure professional standards of work are maintained and projects are completed to time and budget. To complete post-excavation analysis and reporting on projects undertaken in a timely manner and to the highest professional standard. To help develop methods of project initiation, execution and delivery.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Maintain accurate records, documentation and reports when necessary· Understand and comply with all policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements· Conduct site visits to determine job requirements, as well as attending clientele meetings and generating proposals· Assist with assigning responsibilities to project personnel and developing a project communication plan· Report any problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to manager immediately· Supervise the work of technical staff to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, scope (quality standards, proper procedures, customer service) and completion by deadlines· Contribute to project plans by including information such as equipment, systems, specifications, and schedules· Ensure all equipment are serviced, maintained, upgraded, repaired, replaced, and tested regularly· Assemble, install, operate and disassemble equipment as necessary· Request equipment and supplies to maintain inventory and ensure availability· Ensure the services are provided in a safe, clean and hazard-free environment, adhering to HSSE standards· Assist employees with set-ups and guidance where possible· Assist in developing training programs for other employees· Perform any other related duties necessary#J-18808-Ljbffr
